Baklava was dry and burnt. And it literally has the nasty burnt taste to it. Barely and filling, and no honey on top. Lamb salad: the meat was okay, but under it is cheap iceberg lettuce that’s seen better days. Lamb gyro: the exact same thing as the salad, but has a better amount of tomato. Fries tasted old. No silverware or napkins provided. Grape leaves were plainer than I’ve had in my life since childhood. Would’ve preferred canned at that point.

My favorite spot in the mall easily. They have other items besides Gyro’s and with that being said I love their Chicken plate w/ rice and side salad! Their Jalapeño Ranch is AMAZING! Give it a go!

Sam’s is one of my favorites when visiting Governor’s Square Mall for Lunch or Dinner. The food is fresh, and everything is prepared right in front of you right after ordering. Moreover, employees are always courteous and attentive. If you are looking for the best Gyro sandwich or a plate, this is a must visit for locals or visitors passing thru the area. Didn’t realize i was going to the mall location… lol. It was so good and inexpensive. I got the gyro plate since i love gyros AND seasoned rice. By the time I went to take a pic I had already ripped it apart. Would go again!

This is the Gyro you’re looking for. I’ve been eating here at least once a week since I worked at Circuit City – that’s well over 15 years. You’ll never meet a friendlier owner and staff and I’ve never been disappointed in my meal. Try the fry sauce!
