They distribute coupons locally and then won’t honor them. The food is good, however the last two times we went there with one of the coupons from the back of a Kroger receipt, they find some technicality to refuse to take it. The coupon is for a free entre if you buy one. Today we ordered three entrees, an appetizer and a to go order. They still did not want to honor the coupon but did after we complained. It was like they were doing us a favor though. We are tired of it and will never go back. They should just stop distributing coupons if they’re useless. They have lost a customer and from the looks of the dining room, they need more customers, not less.

One of our favorite spots! Great service. Food, drinks. Family friendly and has sports on TV! Just went there again and the waitress and service was phenomenal. Eve n when I observed one of their staff help a VERY rude customer, she was overly nice and accommodating (I would’ve have punched them honestly!) , but she was composed and kept being helpful. I give this place as many stars available !!

We gave Cielo another try as La Parilla was packed. We sat down pretty fast but waited like 10 minutes for server to come. Server came right away afterwards spoke to manager. Apparently server wasn’t told we were seated. Manager gave us some free questions dip.

There’s a lot of Mexican food choices around here, but this place is top notch! The staff is friendly, the manager is very personable, and the portions are fresh and very generous! Highly recommend. (My margarita told me to post this-yum!)
