We ate there tonight and we’re able to order our usual and both dishes were very tasty. You can tell it’s a work in progress that is heading in the right direction…so glad we have it so close now . Good service was a plus!

Went for dinner last night and the food was surprisingly tasty! I ordered a simple bean burrito as I’m not a huge meat in my burrito person and got the verde sauce on top which had a few pieces of pork and I do not like pork but I tried it and it was delicious!! The food was tasty our server was great! I didn’t catch her name but she was friendly and attentive. The host kid unfortunately did not give us any kids menus or something for the kids to color with even with the pile of stuff in front of him at the counter but another waiter came in and saved the day. There isn’t very many tables to sit at which I’m sure they’re working on and will get there at some point so if you want to go for dinner go in early enough. There was a large party though that did take up quite a few tables. Will definitely go back! So happy the were finally able to open.

I may be a little bias here as I just finished my second day working there but I have worked a lot of years in restaurants and I have never worked for a restaurant where the food was so freshly made and not frozen or canned. Food is literally being freshly prepared every day and I know because I’ve done it and seen it. The staff is so very friendly and welcoming. The owner Frances is such an amazing and sweet and kind hearted woman and I absolutely love the more personal and quieter atmosphere in comparison to the monte vista. I’ve eaten there a couple times since it’s opened and the quality and taste of food is wonderful. In fact I feel like being smaller than monte vista, there’s a lot more time effort put in to the quality of the food. It may only be my second day waitressing there but I am impressed and already have fallen in love with working there.
