Went twice. First time we all got shakes with hardly any mixings in them. Second time we ordered slushes in the app and took 30 to 45 mins to get them and they hardly had any flavoring.

Ordered 1 bag of ice , paid with my debit card and even tipped in advance. Order board said Oscar on his way and never showed up. After 15 mins of waiting I had to push the button again just to get my ice! This is why I don’t do Sonic!
