We were very disappointed with our visit today. We have been here several times while traveling and enjoyed the food. Today we ordered our food and our potato wedges were a very dark color. I went to pick it up and it was so loaded with grease and cold thst it was limp. Pictures will be attachef!

I had never eaten here. I was in Morehead to pick up some wheels for my side by side, and I was looking for somewhere I could feed my son and myself. I saw the sign for lee’s chicken strips. I like chicken strips so I thought I’d see what it was all about. Wow! I’m glad I did! This is BY FAR the best chicken I’ve ever eaten! Staff was so friendly, and the sides portions are huge! And delicious! Oh how I wish this place was in Huntington, WV where I’m from. Hats off to an amazing little restaurant! You guys rock!

Awful. Bar empty what was there discoloration around potatoes. Two pieces of chicken at 530 on a Friday. Complain manager called the owner reassured one time incident. The next weekend mother in law went on a Saturday around 4 same condition on buffet. She went again 2 weeks later not as bad but not much better. Sad we liked Morehead location better than Mt.Sterling. I wouldn’t waste my time to go back to Morehead Lees again and neither would my Mother in law. RESTRAUNT IS NOW CLOSED.

Food was bringing back memories from when I was a kid growing up with Lee’s chicken, food was very hot, everything was top notch, nothing cold or been sitting a while, chicken was very good, bbq beans was piping hot, biscuit was fresh, will have to hit them up again if I’m back in town.

The place is dirty, run down, the employees didn’t act like they knew what they were doing. One employee was friendly the other one not so much. No ice in the pop machine , the pop didn’t taste good. They didn’t have 2 of the things I ask for.

Looked up the telephone number to call in an order, the person who answered answered with “you can just order that at the window”(was thinking well maybe they’re busy but after 6-7 minute drive they had zero customers ). I would’ve personally not went there I’d not for someone wanting something specific. Livers we’re old and tough.

Pulled up to speaker to order employee tells me to hold just a minute. That ended up being 7 minutes. Had to call them to take my order as I set in the drive thru. After ordering and given food drive off and drive to rest stop to eat before heading home to Ashland. Order was completely wrong. Paid for 3 piece chicken meals and was given strip meals. Second time at this establishment with poor service. I had to give it 1 star to leave a review but it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Do NOT recommend
