We have been regular customers with this business for a while now. We ordered a deep dish pizza. The pizza had the tall crust but no sauce on top and the sauce it did have under the cheese was watery. The cheese was very hard and would just fall off the slice in one hard clump. We also ordered the shrimp which was served in to go plate that was melted on the bottom and the shrimp almost fell out the bottom when I took it out of the bag. We called to complain and the person that answered me said deep dish pizzas don’t have sauce on top and argued about why the sauce is watery. Anyhow I can understand a mishap but poor customer service = a lost customer.

I was in the area and craved a pizza, obviously. I walked inside this establishment and I wanted to check out their menu. They gave me a magnet with a code to scan through my phone’s camera. It directed me to their website to check out the menu. That was a new concept and interesting. I looked it over and made a call to them to place my order. I ordered a Large Thin Crust Pizza with Crumbled Sausage, Pepperoni, and Onion. I was told it would be ready by 9, so I just waited outside in my car. It probably took about 30 minutes.
