Eat here on a Tuesday evening. Restaurant was pretty slow so we got right in and our server took our order right away. Service was pretty quick and our server was very attentive to us. Started out with chips, salsa, tomatillo sauce and queso cheese dip. Salsa wasn’t too hot, tomatillo was a little spicy with very good flavor. Our food, although it looked like it was just slung on our plates and out of the kitchen in a hurry, was surprisingly very tasteful. Between the two of us had chicken and steak fajitas, which honestly were a much smaller served portion than most compatible Mexican restaurants but still tasted good and ended up filling my husband up. I had a beef tostada with beans and rice. The tostada was average but I absolutely loved the beans which were so creamy and the rice that didn’t have all the extra veggies you find in a lot of recipes these days. Just good old fashioned Mexican rice, very good. I had a water and my husband had a coke to drink. Our bill was $50 without the tip. Overall the restaurant was clean, restrooms too and the service was great and quick so no complaints here.

Arroz con pollo comparable to other similar restaurants. Taquitos weren’t very carefully put together so the presentation was lacking but they tasted okay. Rice is spicier than usual – I liked it, my girlfriend didn’t…just be aware.

Went in with small group in the middle of the day and was surprised how slow it was. Took a while just to order drinks, and when the $30 pitcher finally came, out it was 100% full of ice and about 20 ounces of margarita. When the food came out, it was nothing spectacular. Since there are many other great Mexican food options around, I will not be back.

Had a great time here! The margarita was really good and so was all of the food. The queso was really runny this time which was disappointing but normally it’s fine. The staff was very nice and they got really busy, but still were accommodating! The food is worth it at the price and there are lots of options for the whole family!

All around my favorite Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. I may be bias because I’ve been eating here since I was 10 but the food is to die for. Everything on the menu is great and their drink menu isn’t sparse either. In the years I’ve been going here I’ve never waited once and the people working there are all fantastic. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and if needed be you can order to go as well. Every single Mexican restaurant I go to is always compared in my mind to El Cameno.

My wife and I used to eat at the one in Noblesville pretty frequently. We were really bummed when they tore it down because they have the best chimichanga. I hold all others to it’s standard. This location has the same one and I am so glad it’s here.

Got the macho burrito, and I got to say it was delicious rich and flavors multiple flavors specs. The beans were also legit so is the rice.not your typical restaurant when it comes to food 10 out of 10 for sure. Trust me I know. I’m a fatty.
