We all came here for breakfast a week ago. I ordered a Bloody Mary which took forever to finally arrive. The food finally arrived 30-40 minutes later. My daughter had to wait the longest and it was her birthday! The pancakes were amazing!!

I have to say traveling 9 months out of the year, the thing that has the most comforting effect is good food that feels like home. Cracker Barrel is a frequent so for me. Minimum 2 times a week up to 5 or 6 times. I love Cracker Barrel and have never had a complaint. BUT!!! This Cracker Barrel is not just like the rest. And I’ve been to a lot. A lot! This Cracker Barrel had folks out front that greeted you will an attitude that they’ve known you forever, making small talk while they efficiently did their job. The kitchen staff never sees you but they prepared my food like they were going to take it home for themselves. Awesome portions and made flawlessly. Like I said I’ve eaten at A Lot of Cracker Barrels. I’m glad I stopped here on my drive home to South Florida from working in New York City. I love the South specifically for reasons like the experience that I had here today. I’ve been driving alone for 14 hours so far and needed to recharge a little and the experience refreshed me mentally and the food was a perfect recharge physically. Thank you. So that the manager can figure it who they were it’s 3/18/23 at 415pm. I’ll have this location on my favorite places so that I can stop by every 2 months when I pass through. It’s nice to visit a business that treats you well and gives you value for your money. That’s very rare anymore. Keep impressing folks when they stop by. Less than 5% of restaurant guests pay a compliment when it is due, but every unhappy customer complains so I had to make it a priority to leave this review. If it makes a difference, I am in the top 5% in the world for reviewing restaurants so I’ve seen a few. There are always more issues than compliments on average. Credit where credit is due.

Went in for a late night meal otw home from Savannah. I didn’t choose it because they were closing soon… but the rest of the car chose it. It wasn’t too bad, but obviously, they’d run out of things at the end of the night, so I got no gravy on my chicken. The food was good, though… would have been better another day with gravy.

And I cannot believe it took 30 minutes to get waited on when the restaurant was probably only 30% at its capacity, and then another half an hour to get a simple breakfast, which by the way was completely ruined with cold hash brown casserole‘s eggs that had most of the white missing Country ham that they didn’t rinse well enough and was twice as salty as normal and as you can see from my pics, they believe toast is nothing more than warmed up dried out bread.

Dinner tonight was phenomenal. My husband, daughter, and I couldn’t decide where to eat. We hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel in years. Everything was seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious. The place wasn’t overly crowded and the wait flew buy while we shopped.

I mean, it’s Cracker Barrel, lol. Loving the addition of alcohol! The food is nothing fancy but always fresh and delicious. The decor is kitschy but fun and consistent. Service is fast and friendly. It’s clean. A great place to go with family. And the country store always has fun stuff and some great products.
