My family ordered online 3 hours in advance and we were given a code for the kiosk. When I arrived, the store was wall to wall people, so I expected a wait. There was only one order in the kiosk, and it was not ours.

Not sure what happend to this location. Used to never have a single problem now I’m sitting in the lobby surrounded by people who ordered ahead of time, waited almost an hour, and still don’t have their food. People are frustrated and are being told they can’t get a refund unless they do it online.

Ordered pizza 30 minutes before they closed last night. Got home and my pizza was half cooked and crazy bread was still almost all raw dough. Called next day because they were already closed and was told I could bring it back and they would give me a new one. I also told her it would be a few hours before I could make it in and she said it was fine. Brought it back 15 minutes ago and they say they can’t because I could have altered it to get free food. Like what the hell. I brought you an entire pizza missing 1 slice and bread sticks that were raw. REALLY!!!!!! I’M gonna go through the trouble to make an entire pizza and sticks to get free food. Bunch of A-holes at east mason location. I’ll never eat there ever again.

I ordered an “Extramostbestest” pepperoni pizza over the phone. I was told “10 min” eta. I drove for 10ish minutes to sit and wait an additional 30+ minutes to wind up getting a regular pepperoni pizza. I will never set foot into another Little Ceasars pizza shop again! Absolutely ridiculous service. They had about 4 employees there at the time, so nobody can say anything about “understaffed!”

One kid working the register and a pile of pizzas just barely in view. He cant keep up feeding the selfcheckout machine so EVERYONE has to wait 20 minutes in line to pickup their pizza. What a mess.
