The Arabic food here is some of the best.. maybe the best I’ve had. It’s obvious they source the best ingredients and the finest recipes. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I believe the place is owner operated so you know the love and care is made to order on every plate. Today I ordered 2 trays for two and other items. The flavors and textures were on point and the presentation – beautiful. Thanks Gentlemen for the consistent greatness time and time again!

I have a phobia about eating out of gas stations, but I must admit that these were some of the BEST shawarmas I have eaten from a restaurant. Very fresh, tasty, not that expensive. The tabbouli is good too!!!!!!

Always a slam dunk at this place. The plate for 2 easily will feed 3-4, the shawarmas are amazing, and their fattoush salad is the best around. We frequent here and have never once had a bad experience. Everyone is always very friendly and treats you like family. You can’t go wrong with their comfort food

So Billis shawarma is a must go if you’re in the Wayne area this place offers so many flavors that practically anything is good on the menu I go in and order the billis combo special which consists of chicken shawarma Cajun fries and or fattoush salad which is so fresh and delicious! If you’re looking for fair prices and great flavor this place is a must try!! From the food being good to the service being even better. This place receives a five stars from me for friendly service great prices and absolutely delicious food

DO NOT pass on this place because they are in a gas station. I feel its only a limited time before their success forces them into a full blown restaurant. The food is delicious. I love the chicken shwarma sandwich. I didn’t like that they seem to skimp on sides like napkins, or garlic sauce (toom) even when you pay for extra. Also they don’t have baba ghanoush. For me shwarma or bread isn’t complete without baba. But if I want shwarma and dont feel like driving to Farmington Hills this is my go to place.

This resturant suprised me. I called first to be sure that the restaurant was open. The young man that answered the phone was very happy and excited in our conversation. After arriving, I wondered if I should go in, do to the resturant being connected to a gas station. However, I went in; and I’m very glad I did. When my companion and I walked in, the same young man who answered the telephone greeted us at the counter. This young man greeted us with a friendly big smile, great hospitality, and hilarious conversation. My companion and I ordered Mixed Swarmers Entrees. Mine with fries and his with rice. I also ordered a small Humus. The food was delicious. My fries were seasoned to perfection. If I knew their fries were that delicious, I would have ordered an extra for later. Both plates had plenty of food on them. There was enough to make three wraps per entree. A small Fattoush Salad also came with the meal. I recommend Billi’s Shawzrma to anyone wanting tasty flavorful Mediterranean food. I must say tho, don’t sleep on them because of where they are. If you do, you’ll be missing out on great deliciousness.
