Chipotle restaurants are normally very well run. Not this location. Employees were very rushed and served meager portions for the price of the food, a burrito, taco bowl and 2 quesadillas was 55$. Steak was at the last dregs and despite looking at me sheepishly, the employee still put less steak than you normally get instead of getting a new pan from the back. I had to repeat singular requests, such as no hot sauce, multiple times. The employees were rushed and only one was respectful or nice. Food was less than hot. Just a poor example of an otherwise good chain restaurant.

Chipotle itself… fantastic. This location? Can’t get it it’s business straight. Always short staffed, missing items, messed up to-go orders. Every time I’m here, it’s something different. Poor management of this store.

Consistently going downhill. Looking forward to new location opening and hope its better. They have increased prices, lessened the amount of meat. Put too much rice if you order it, so i avoid it. Never have salad dressing in to go orders… Today I ordered fajita veggies that clearly have barely hit a pan. They are hard and huge chunks of onion and green pepper RAW. EW. I cannot reach anyone on the phone. Will not be back.

Food is obviously worth waiting for. One of thr obviously newer employees needs to understand what a portion is, as one half of the rice spoon is a portion does not make… other workers were giving normal portions though. Woman behind me ordered double to make sure she got more than 3 bites worth with her meal.

Four words….order at the location. I ordered online and my food was not ready at the desired time. Then I was told they are behind and would be about 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, still waiting. I don’t think disappointed is a good enough word to use in this situation.

This place says they close at 1100 daily on the glass door. You come in any time after 9:30 or 10, their doors are already close. Tonight I came in around 10 and greeted them, they had already removed the entire food bar and were cleaning, spraying all around the food. They completely ignored me and continued what they were doing as if I weren’t there. Finally after standing there for a minute, a young man said they “only take online orders after 10PM, and that stops at 10:40PM”. I skipped because of the service alone, but also all the chemicals flying on the food people are ordering at that time. This place needs serious management

I wasn’t going to post but I came home and saw my 2 guacamole and sour Cream were missing so that topped it off. I paid for 2 guac and it wasn’t in my bag. I went in and they were slow.I wanted fajita veggies on my bowl and they didn’t have any available, mind you they already had the empty pan there so clearly it should have been in the works already so I said ok then I won’t get it on my bowls. I asked for quesadillas and 2 bowls, I asked for my sour cream and guac on the side and some chips. I went to get my hot sauce and saw my bag of chips were missing so I go to ask the front for it since I paid for it. I come home and see my guac nor sour cream were in my bag so that just blew it for me. Like don’t charge me if it wasn’t going to be put in my bag. I hadn’t had chipotle in forever so this made me sad and mad I hate leaving negative reviews but I had to for this. I have definitely had better service at this chipotle before so this was surprising.
