I recently ordered a half and half XL pizza with veggie and combo toppings from First Class Pizza, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite spending $55, the veggie side of the pizza was a complete letdown as all the ingredients were raw, including the tomato, mushroom, and artichoke. It was quite embarrassing to serve such a poorly made pizza to my guests. Although the combo side was slightly better, it still lacked flavor and did not justify the high price. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at First Class Pizza and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality pizza. It’s better to save your money and go somewhere else.

Came here with my family not too long ago and the 1 thing that happened that really bothered me was the slow service. The funny thing was, they weren’t even busy at the time. There were only 2 people seated together in the dining room aside from my party of 7. We ordered 2 pizzas, a salad and some hot wings. The 2 pizzas did not come out together and there was a good 15 to 20 minute wait for us to finally get our 2nd pizza served. The 1st pizza was gobbled up in no time at all, and then because we had to wait so long for the 2nd pizza to come out, all of us were sitting there with no pizza to help ourselves to.

I ordered a pizza from here and the pizza was never been delivered. I ordered for my kids from outside. Next day, I called a store and a manager whose name is Iman said I need to contact a delivery service and they are not responsible for delivery. I ordered from the store, not from delivery agency. Very rude and poor customer service.

This is a very fun restaurant and it is a good place to bring your kids. There is a lot of space outside for your kids to run around. The pizza is delicious. I feel like they use very fresh toppings and the cheese that they use is very high quality. All in all me and my family had a great experience
