Busy local joint serving New York style pizza. Thin and crispy crust, very flavorful. Pizza orders come with garlic knots. Would recommend ordering ahead online for pickup. Got the sunny side up pizza—egg yolk was delicious on top. Solid pizza choice if a bit greasy. Would definitely come back.

Great pizza. It’s our first time here and we got the Manhattan pizza with a side of garlic knots. All food feels freshly made (careful it’s hot!) with great flavor. They have a variety of beer selection as well. I got the mango beer and it was a perfect fresh beer for this summer weather. Place is pretty spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We’ll be back again and we’ll try more things they have on their menu.

Disappointing from the moment I stepped through the door. At least the people were nice, but the food was two stars, and that’s generous. Actually, it was pretty bad. A step above gastric distress, sure, but for $60 or so for a cheese pizza, a pepperoni slice, and salad, it needs to be better than school lunch. So after getting fleeced at the register once, the kids went back and wanted a piece of cheesecake. That garbage, godly knows what it cost but anything was too much for something that looked and tasted like it came off of the reduced price rack at Ralph’s. Maybe my problem was that I didn’t drink any of the beer that was in the robotic tap system. Interesting I suppose but no amount of inebriation is going to make the food better despite what your past experiences may be. I’m going to say “hard pass” on this place. You won’t drag me back again that’s for sure. At least the people were decent, But I came to eat, not socialize with the employees.

Mamma’s is the best pizzeria in South Pas, for sure. The staff are very kind and the orders are never messed up. The pizza and garlic knots are always warm and fresh. I definitely recommend this place!

The pizza here is decent. I don’t like the self pour beer machines. All taps are full of foam. They give you 20 seconds to fill up a cup, so you can’t pour out the foam and re do it again. It’s a total rip off. My recommendation is just have them pour the beer for you.

If you are looking for a real slice of New York “pie”, this is your place. My wife is from New Jersey and she confirmed with her first bite that this was the most authentic New York pizza she has had in the state of California and that is a big deal , because she has been here for 26 years! Also, my daughter, who is vegetarian, said that their white pizza (see pic) is the best pizza she ever had. They have a great outdoor space for eating as well. With a family of 6, finding a place that everyone loves is a challenge, but after our first visit, everyone loves this place.
