Beautiful place, great food had by all. We were a party of 7. No problem walking in and getting seated immediately. We go monthly and enjoy it every time. I love the grilled shrimp salad. We will definitely return again.

The atmosphere is great! It was also crowded when we first entered, but the wait was reasonable until the end. Yes, I know they are tired, but I would expect them to at least not take 10 minutes when getting he check when we are the only group left. I ordered an impressive looking filet with twice baked potatoes. It was all cooked well, but it wasn’t very well seasoned. From the standpoint of a professional chef, I would feel dishonored to have a customer season their food after preparation. But, otherwise it was great.

Pretty good food, if the chef is there. The manager doesn’t seem to care if the place is tidy, so the floor collects ballpoint pens, napkin bits, huge crumbs— and the staff just walks over it. When I mentioned this to the site manager, he said they don’t want to sweep while customers are there, so they just let it go. However, there were no customers there the last time we walked in at 2:00. Not a soul. And the floor was a mess. A simple “long mop,” swished once along that floor, would’ve done the job in quiet moments. Please, Daniel, you’re such a nice guy. Keep the floor clean.

We had dinner there tonight. Service was fine. Menu terrible!!!! Hamburger was average. Meat was obviously a frozen patty from Walmart. The onion rings were good, though. The square salmon fillet on a some wilted green salad was mediocre. Nothing notable about the menu or the food. NOTHING!!! The Grand Hotel Colony Club should have something great for their members here .

Their salmon melted in your mouth. I requested it to be broiled versus seared since seared only heats up the meat. The waitress was very attentive and patient with our table of 13 people.

This is a wonderful facility but the food is mediocre at best. I have friends that like it better than I do. Everything is good but the food. Maybe next time. There are many other options in the area to choose from.
