I got a Joe’s cheeseburger and fries, and the cheeseburger was pretty average. Fries were good though! I’m not a huge fan of the “secret” sauce they use on their burgers. If I wanted a burger with fry sauce on it I would just grab a Burgerville burger. For $13.50 for a burger and fries I would consider this place “Average Joe’s”…….great for a dodgeball sponsor! 😉

Pretty good for a burger place, they have a vegetarian chili my husband really likes. They also have a small selection of draft beer, though generally we take our food over to White Oak taphouse and have a beer while eating out Joe’s over there.

If I could give a place a ZERO, THIS would be the place that deserves it. Want to get judged and rushed as you make your order, make sure ELLIE is the one taking it. Want to get shoved out of the way without so much as an “excuse me”? Then your definitely going to want to be there during Ellie’s shift. And if you want NONE of your customer service concerns to be listened to, then make sure ELIJAH the manager is the one on the other end of the counter receiving the feedback. His words were that she was probably too shy and quiet to say EXCUSE ME while passing through and that he was afraid to give her any feedback. Plus the fries are dry and underseasoned and the burgers are severely overpriced for the small unflavored portions you get. Way to ruin my mother’s day.

I came because I was craving a burger, but it was probably the thinnest piece of meat I’ve ever paid for, and left still craving a burger. We couldn’t even taste the meat on the sandwiches! My spouse felt the same about his burger as well. He actually asked for a double, but they gave us a single and then didn’t rectify the problem when he went to ask for a double again. They just said, “oh we just charged you for a single, and we would have to remake the whole thing.” Pricey for what you actually get. McDonald’s hamburgers have more meat on them. Save your money, go somewhere else.

This location of Joe’s Burgers is the worst of their locations. Firstly, the burgers they serve are bland and unremarkable. What’s more, they are thin, as in the style of possibly smash burgers but without the bark, juices and flavors. Needless to say, we were underwhelmed.

Good food, terrible customer service. Ultimately ended up leaving my last meal there and going somewhere else. Hope the owner knows it’s employees go out of their way to be indifferent towards the customers that want to eat there. Super unfortunate, I was basically bullied out of the store. I couldn’t believe an adult was talking to another adult so sarcastically. Maybe I’ll try another Joe’s somewhere else.

So sad because I’ve been wanting to come here. Let’s start with the girl working behind the counter. I ordered a Diablo dog with light mustard and onions. When she brought it out she said it didn’t have light mustard on it and would I like them to remake it? She said it was ok if I did. I said yes please and thank you. She grabbed the container and stomped away. As she was walking away I asked if she could just do no mustard please. And she didn’t acknowledge. When she came back she literally tossed the container in front of me and I said thank you twice as she stomped away. I called out to her and said directly to her THANK YOU she said.. yah… Now.. on to the food. Barely cooked hot dog and practically raw bacon!!! It’s like they pulled the dog and threw it back together with barely any chili on it. It was GROSS!! She basically made it so I would never come back. Poor attitude and needs to learn some customer service skills…. oh and my Mom’s regular dog was cold too. Onion rings were great so I guess they have that going for them.
