Went there on Sunday with family for lunch. They were not too busy. Food was delicious atmosphere was good. On top of that, they have modernized the restaurant with robots. I would say it was pretty cool.

Barely edible. All three of the dishes we ordered (Rainbow Fried Rice, Xiao-Ping Pork, and Crab Rangoon) had the most off-putting flavors, to the point that we’re seriously wondering if something was spoiled. We’ll be trying the other Chinese food restaurants in the area for sure before we give Yu’s another try.

Very very authentic spot. If that’s what your looking for Yu’s is the place for you. I liked it but am used to much more American style Chinese food. Overall good spot

Ok, I’ve never posted a restaurant review, but we were so disappointed in last night’s experience at Yu’s. We’ve had good experiences there in the past, so we were surprised. The egg rolls were 95% cabbage. My orange chicken was tough and lacked any tangy flavor. The orange chicken is supposed to be spicy, and despite the visible killer peppers in the dish, had no detectable heat. My partner’s sesame chicken was tough and bland, also. We used to receive soup with our dinners, but the server never offered and I didn’t think about it till later. The one positive surprise of last night’s dinner was the adorable kitty-faced robot that brought our food. We will return one more time with our daughter, so she can experience the robot. Depending on the food that night, we may or may never return.

The food is awesome. Great quality, great variety, and decently priced. I had the mango chicken dish. Holy moley, it was phenomenal. The service is a bit slow as they are understaffed, but they also have an adorable cat-server-robot to help out.

We are in town for a work trip and wanted to try this place out. The food was ok. The jjajangmyeon was good but inconsistent as I had seafood in mine but my co-worker, who ordered the same thing, had none in his. I like my jjajangmyeon a little sweet but this was just salty. The sweet and sour pork was the best thing.

Very rude service, would not recommend. I placed a delivery order via Uber eats and even called the restaurant to request extra utensils and plates since the order is being delivered to a hospital (my mom is recovering from back surgery). Order came with one plate and one pair of chopsticks for three people and 3 entrees. I was so upset that I called the restaurant back to let them know they of the mistake…..not only did the guy not apologize, he proceeded to yell at me and said I only said provide extra ‘set’ utensils. My English is fine, and I know for a fact he used the plural tense of utensil ‘sets’. But even so, why would one person order three entrees and eat by myself in the hospital? No common sense and very rude and lack of empathy. I hope this restaurant goes out of business or gets shut down by the health department for some violations.

Greeted by nice staff, seated right away. Vegetable egg rolls had no taste. Dinner was fine. Given one fork, no spoon or knife.
