Food and service was excellent. Largest chicken fried steaks I’ve ever seen. Brother and nephew had that. I had the chicken chimichanga with white cheese sauce. We also ordered a bowl of regular queso and a bowl of the white cheese sauce before we got our meal. White was outstanding. The regular queso was not as good. It was very thin and tasted more like tomatoes instead of cheese. Only complaint that I had. Restaurant was very clean and plates looked great.

Love this place. Nopalitos has the best food. I normally order mixed fajitas for one and they never disappoint. The fajitas are sizzling when they bring it to your table. The mixture of spices is spot on and the salsa will leave you wanting more. The staff are always polite and smiling and they know exactly what I want when they see me. I have tried many other items on the menu and they are 5 stars as well. Way to go Nopalitos! Keep up the amazing work!

Nopalitos is a little pricey, but most of the time it’s worth it. There are occasional screwups, but the friendly staff members make sure to quickly fix it for you. It’s a pretty quiet place unless it’s busy, and I think it’s a great place for families too. Me and my family can get a giant booth when we go since there’s 6 of us. I’ve also gone with my friends during lunch over the years, and that says a lot since those years were in high school where we had like a 45 minute lunch. The only problem I can think of is that you better get your butt over there before the lunch rush.

I think it depends on the day for “great” food & “service”. I ordered 2 large menudos to go & that’s what I got….no tortillas; lemons; spoons or napkins & they ran my card twice & I didn’t even get an “I’m Sorry” for their mistake. Good thing I looked at my bank statement. You want GREAT mexican food…go to “LOCO’S”!!!!!

I walked in to make a to go order and there was no one up front. I heard talking so I go in a little further and I can see no one. Im the only guest at this time. So I say Hello and no one answers me I walk back to the counter and wait. I hear more talking so I go in a little further and say Hello, a young lady is talking to one of her co- workers and looks at me like Im bothering her and says give me a minute. I nod my head and wait. She had a soft drink in her hand in a to go cup I hear her refilling that cup with ice. And then she comes to the counter to help me. Again she looks at me as if Im bothering her, I start giving her my order of carne quisada burritos and she asks me in a tone if I was ordering burritos or plates. I say. Burritos and then I ask if they sell chips and queso she says yes. Then gives me a large total. So I ask her how much she was charging me for my order. She was charging me seperately for my chips and seperately for queso it was going to be almost 12.00 for chips and queso. Ive never heard of a restaurant charging seperately for the chips and queso especially at 5 bucks per item. I ordered two carne quisada burritos with cheese and two without. My orders were not individually wrapped and they put cheese on top of my two burritos with cheese. I wanted the cheese inside my burritos not on top. I checked the menu and there was no place on it listing seperate chips and salsa price or queso prices. Im very dissapointed in the service I received and in how I received my food.
