Have you tried Firehouse. i like being welcomed into a place. I like the steamed sandwiches. while the menu seems limited it is all tasty, you need to try some of the sauces. Staff is always helpful.

Paid for extra cheese and meatballs on lrg spicy meatball sub and hot regular cheese and 7 meatballs. Pitiful… Cost $26 not including delivery delivery for a lightweight sandwich which was an hour late. Never again in oh and I’m a local and have been a regular customer. Until now

Very good sub restaurant. I had the hook and ladder sub and it was delicious. Their bread and meats are unbelievably fresh!!! My son had the turkey bacon ranch and it was super good as well. Their tea is fresh brewed as well. Tons of different sandwich choices to select from. Try it fully involved. They also have a lot of good chip choices. They also have good dessert cookies and brownies. The kids meal comes with a free fireman’s hat. They also donate to firefighters and support great causes. We will definitely return.

The workers on the night shift are really rude and have no customer service skills. I stood there for 15 minutes and no service. Not one worker ask us how they can help us, and the girl that works they gave us an attitude and gave the impression that she didn’t want to serve us. I will never go back there again. I work at restaurants and I also been a manager. For them to act that way and have the impression that they don’t want to work, Firehouse need to get new employees that actually wants to work. That was so disappointing how they acted and the old couple behind us walked out as well because of their behavior.

Placed online order and they didn’t have my meal ready and didn’t even attempt to make it and so called offered a refund the next day. Don’t order online from these lames they don’t want your money or your business. Find another Firehouse in Orlando. I’m sure there are better ones than this one. Manager is completely incompetent
