My husband and I have ordered several times from this store and nearly every time our order is wrong. I ordered extra turkey and mayo on my sub and did not receive either. My husband ordered the veggie with extra avocado spread and pickles and received no pickles and less avocado than would regularly be on the sub. So disappointing. Please do better.

After waiting an hour for delivery and my lunch break being over, the sub shows up wrong. Clearly states no onion however the only thing on the sub is onion and lettuce. Didn’t even have tomatoes and the sub comes with them.

Had J.J’s a few dozen times in my day. Rockford’s store has continued time after time to exceed my expectations. I say Xtra mayo, they got it. I got exta oil, and my peppers. The Italian Nightclub never tasted so good. My delivery drivers are always willing to be flexible with their drop offs and are genuinely the kindest. Thanks for filling me up! <3

No issue with quality or taste of ingredients. Problem is how consistently they get the order incorrect. I always order the same sandwich with peppers and onions. Half the time it is missing something or has something different than what I ordered. This despite the receipt showing the correct order. Maybe instead of being freaky fast they should focus on being absolutely accurate.

Had ordered dinner for my family, figuring it’d be as amazing as usual. Had ordered our usual of some slim combos with some easy modifications. Specified about some of the modifications and yet they seemed to ignore them. No mayonnaise packets, no napkins (we were on a picnic at the park), put ice in the drinks when we had asked for none in the drinks. I think we’re gonna be done with this location for a while.

I probably come here at least 3 times a week. I waited for several minutes at the drive through window for the single car in front of me. Then when I got to the window they told me “just a minute” a few times as I waited to order. Again I waited to get my food after I paid at the window. Total time to go through drive through with 1 car in front of me was over 10 minutes. Not sure if Jimmy Johns is putting preference on their speedy deliveries and customers inside however it feels like they are starting to neglect the drive-through. The last few times have been slow as well….

Repeated my order back and it was messed up still. Drove pretty far to get it. Drove home. Should have opened my sandwiches I guess before I drove home. Ordered 4, got 3. All were messed up. Won’t make that mistake again.
