No idea what these one and two star reviews are talking about. Every time I order a pizza from this location it is made quickly, accurately, and delivered directly to me in most occasions (with no other deliveries in front of mine). And it is always delicious. My average wait is 35 min. from the time I order it on the app. The app is great as well.

Do not order from this location. They are always behind on orders. Even if your email says 20 minute wait, it will more than likely be double that time. This has happened on more than one occasion. Very unprofessional staff as well. Save your time and money

Real shame. I love Dominoes as a brand. Favorite Pizza for consumers. However this branch is just so inconsistent with deliveries. I work till late weekend nights. About half of my orders never come, even when the app says “delivered”. I give clear instructions and apartment numbers, but somehow they either drop it off at the office (even if I give gate codes) or just not deliver it at all. I was told they accidently dropped it off at my neighbors, only for me to ask my neighbors if they accidentally got a pizza (not a fan of stealing, but hey a pizza at your door is just that). Thankfully got a refund, but its becoming more and more apparent this location just drops it off at whatever is convenient. I even did a double check to all the other complexes (yep, all three floors) and couldn’t find it. Listen I know sometimes there’s a glitch or two in the process, but its happened so many times, I’m wondering if they even check the address at this point. Pay your ppl better, or send ppl back for training. I love Dominoes, but this location is spotty past 8pm.

Sad we’re no longer getting our dominoes from the Fair Oaks store! Got pizzas and dessert for 45.00, including delivery, from Leon Sorings store for the first time and what a waste of money-pizzas had nothing in them, even tho I paid for extra cheese. So disappointing-you need work dominoes!

This is probably the worst Dominos. I ordered online, the tracker said it was being prepped. I get to the store the girl says we are behind it’s going to be 30 mins. An hour later they said it’s in line and will be another 30 mins. I told them to keep it and cancel. Why can’t people be honest. Terrible system and service.

Really disappointed that they couldn’t get the order right twice in an hour and still delivered an incomplete order. I asked to refund the missing items from my order, which I’m sure will not happen. And filling out the delivery insurance and instead offering a complete order “like they show on TV” I get a 20% off coupon on the next order offer. I didn’t take it because we will NEVER order from Domino’s again.

I ordered pizza at 6:30. By 6:40 the tracker showed it out of the oven. Here it is 8:07 and I just called up to the store to cancel. Employee was rude and laughed about the situation. They completely ruined my family’s evening. Unacceptable

Hair in my food I called talk to the manager he said we can take that item off the order. I said please come pick up the entire order I don’t want to eat any of it. he sounded very irritated placed me on hold them came back on the line to say we will refund u then hung up on me. I will not order from this dominos again it’s disgusting .
