Great customer service! I visited this Dunkin’ location for the first time over the weekend (Saturday evening), and it was one of the best experiences compared to any Dunkin’ locations I have visited so far. The young guy at the counter was very courteous and attentive. He patiently listened to my kids’ requests when selecting donuts, and the hot chocolate was hot and just right. I highly recommend this place.

I placed mobile orders on the app, on 4 different occasions, so I could pick up my order on my way to work. When I arrived ( between 4:45 and 4:50 am ), I found the store closed and no employees were present on 3 of those occasions. They claim that the store opens at 4:30 am but I couldn’t reach anyone at the store until about 6:00 am. I will not be returning to this location.

This is what you get for a large macchiato. Maybe a medium at most. Check your order before leaving because you may not get what you ordered. Macchiato taste bad and was not made per my instructions. Bad service. Ordered medium coffee coolata with drive thru. After paid, employee asked me “do I want whip cream?” with holding not filled of the medium cup of beverage. I said No whip cream. I saw the drink that she hold, I didn’t like it. So ask change to small cuz I need to go. They don’t want to give me money back. Another employee ask what happen with anger face. Later, they gave me much white color of drink with still anger face. Taste was weird, sour, too much cream, bad service.

I tried giving this location multiple tries because it’s right around the corner. Either the donuts are stale or the coffee order is always wrong. I finally had it with this location after I ordered a medium cold brew with sweet cold foam. What I got was a regular iced coffee with plain creme…I was on my way to work when I took a sip and realized what I got wasn’t what I paid for even though the label said it was a cold brew with sweet cold foam. I don’t know if they think they can pass and sell iced coffee as cold brew but it’s definitely not the same taste. Taste your coffee before driving off

I guarantee you that your drinks will be made wrong 3x out of the five times you visit. Drinks are almost always made wrong, and inefficient communication especially via drivethru. Very confused workers who lack clear communication. I cannot go here anymore. Consistent mistakes.
