This is the original location for Perry’s steakhouses. I remember eating on picnic tables next to the meat market. Much better atmosphere now. It is nice, but lacks the elegance of the steakhouses. The prices seem better.

Always a fantastic experience at Perry & Son’s. The service is impeccable, and the food is, of course, consistently delicious. This menu is slightly different than the other Perry’s Steakhouses in the area, which is a real treat. There are still many familiar items like the steaks and the infamous Perry’s pork chop. This location is also very special because it has a butcher’s market up front if you’d like to purchase some cuts of meat, sausages, and the pork chop too.

Local steakhouse that is solid. I usually go here for lunch and it never disappoints. My favorite dish is the pork chop. On Wednesdays (11 AM to 4 PM), you can enjoy the pork chop special for $14.99 (as of May 2023).

Where’s Olive?
Asparagus was so tough couldn’t chew it. They cheaply left the tough ends on rather than cutting them off like you are supposed to. All Hispanic cooks need to stick to Mexican food. The portion of crab meat was in a small little cup and a joke for the price not to mention the shells in it. The service was a joke. I tried to call in a to go order and was constantly put on hold for cashier. Why isn’t she answering the phones if that’s who I need to order with? So $24 for an appetizer of poor quality. Never again.

I frequent this place a lot and went here on a Sunday to purchase some pork chops. The entrance to the meat market has a cash register right by the door, the guy standing there doesn’t greet me nor does any other staff member. I go on to look at the meat and I’m waiting for assistance. A woman walks up and asks me “Ma’am are you just looking”?!, in a very irritated tone. I start to purchase but then I just feel like why would I give my money to an establishment that allows this kind of behavior. I go to my car and walk back in to speak with a manager. She then tries to assist and Marcus comes. Marcus listened and was polite. He acknowledged that the woman should’ve known better. I love this place so I won’t let this one experience deter me from coming back but I was extremely disappointed.

All 3 times I been here I have no complaints food cook good, nice service, a clean look. My steak was exactly the way I requested maybe better, my wife pork chops was excellent and desert was good. Also you can’t beat the price for what you are getting. Thanks Perry keep up the good work.

We have been here many times. Tonight was a bad experience. Why would they sit anyone by the restroom!? That table should not even be there! Mentioned to waiter, he laughed. Waiter was not friendly at all, never asked if I wanted another glass of wine, nor dessert, just brought check to us.

The best pork chop I have ever had. I’m still thinking about it a month later. I ordered thru door dash and it was still hot when it got to me. The loaded baked potato was massive. I wasn’t a fan of the bread pudding but I’m not even removing any stars because the pork chop was that impressive.
