This is a nice breakfast restaurant in Eagle. We arrived about 9:00 on a Sunday and didn’t have a wait. We were promptly served. Coffee was kept hot, food came out fast and delicious. I had the Banana walnut waffle. It was perfectly crisp and tasty. My mother had pancakes with eggs and ham. She couldn’t quit saying how good the ham was. The wait staff was all friendly and professional. I would definitely come here again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for atmosphere is because it was very loud.

The best way to rate a restaurant is by how clean the plates are after breakfast. We had the Belgium waffles and Bacon carmal crepe. The coffee is by Dawson Taylor which is brewed locally. Everything was cooked to perfection although the crepe was a little cold and the server was a little hurry up with us. Although it was the noon lunch hour. Overall the location and atmosphere was really fun and enjoyable and we do plan on coming back.

One of my favorite breakfast places. Great food (homemade biscuits are the best!), reasonable prices, very attentive waitresses-even when it is very busy. This last visit I had eggs benedict with brisket. It had onion strings on top. ABSOLUTELY my favorite…..so far!

An excellent breakfast restaurant! The most delicious crepes. Try the Peach crepes, you you won’t regret it. Awesome coffee & they’ll bring you heavy whipping cream if you ask. Fast & the most friendly service with a smile. What more can you ask for? A+ experience!

The food was decent, though my omelet was much more of a scramble than an omelet. We sat outside and it was pleasant, but the atmosphere is getting three stars because of how long dirty dishes sat on nearby tables. One emptied table saw multiple parties sit down, even with the dirty dishes still there, and ultimately leave when they were never greeted, and the dirty dishes were never removed.

It’s always my favorite for breakfast with friends. I’ve always had great service and the food is fantastic. I’m a 30+ year waitress, so I’m incredibly opinionated on restaurants, I can’t find anything bad to say about The Griddle except that I don’t go often enough.
