Food and Service was okay but I’m pretty sure the Date Code Label goes on the lid and not in the food! They need to get their eyes examined or learn to pay attention! Restaurant wasn’t busy at the time I stopped by!

I wasn’t planning on eating out today, but got a strong craving for fried chicken and decided to go, I had about $20 in quarters to get rid of anyways. My total was a little above $11 so I handed the cashier $11.50 in quarters and apologized because I knew he’d have to recount, he was super cool about the whole thing and told me not to worry about it, he handed his headset to another employee so that he could focus on counting the change correctly then got to work. A couple of moments later a manager came over and scolded him for not having on a headset, he calmly tried to explain the situation but she interrupted him continuing to scold him. He had done everything right and was very sweet through the whole interaction. The manager was a butt hole about the whole thing and too high and mighty to realize that he was doing his best and doing a wonderful job! I don’t know what the kid gets paid but he doesn’t get paid enough to listen to her mouth all day if that’s the way she treats her employees

Ordered online for delivery $50+ total plus tip. But restaurant left out biscuits. The number listed is mailbox that is full, so no one 2 answer to correct or do a partial refund. Eating in restaurant is fine, but deliveries suck. I don’t drive so I’m stuck if I want their chicken.

I usually go through the drive thru. I order the bacon an egg biscuit no cheese. Lol I don’t like white gravy. An for me the chicken is spicy. I wish they would have original chicken without the spicy. If they would work on there seasoned chicken I bet more people would eat there more often. Just saying

We were in a hurry (on our way to SE Georgia), we ordered chicken, and we waited about half an hour for it (we weren’t told about the wait beforehand), which was time we could’ve been driving. On the plus side, the staff tried to accommodate us by giving us a little extra. But, I’d rather have that time back. And some of the chicken wasn’t that good.

Well when you clearly order your same order, have to repeat it 5 times because your cashier was too busy doodling her head and trying to tell me what I want vs listening to my order then you give me what you ordered for me… ya might have passed a redhead off. Poor customer service at best.

My very first visit to Bojangles was a memorable one. We stopped here on our way home to Indiana today and the staff were some of the best fast food workers I’ve ever encountered. The woman who took our order was very patient while my husband and i looked over the menu. The manager (i assume she was) on duty was giving a pep talk to the backliners and expressing the importance of communication through the team. It was lovely to hear. She must be wonderful to work under. Our food arrived promptly. The sweet tea was absolutely delicious, and the hashbrown bites were phenomenal. The biscuits were crumbly but the flavor was wonderful. We also really loved the decor inside. 10/10 recommend for the food but also for the amazing staff working today. While we were eating we overheard some of their conversations regarding slang kids use these days and it was just really fun. No cap.
