This particular location in Mint Hill is poorly staff and poorly ran. On Tuesday evening I order Pizza for my family and grandchildren. Two hours after ordering the $70.00+ in food and tip, we had not received our food. My husband had to go to the store to see what was going on because whenever we tried calling the store they kept hanging up the phone on us. Then we were told it was a call center that was answering the phone and the people at the call center started hanging up on us as well. So upon his arrival, the manager did not know how to track our order no could he refund the money paid for the order. He stated he did not know how to issue a refund. My husband had to wait another hour for them to get our order completed. In the meantime the other staff were so nonchalant talking to their friends openly on their Cell Phones and just walking around as if they didn’t care about the customers in the lobby. Just a disaster and this was not our first time experiencing this type of behavior at this location. They need to shut it down and start over. I use to think it was due to Covid when we first experienced this issue but it has been continuous since 2020.

I have to say this place is the worst place ever!! I went to pick up my pizza and the doors are locked. I can see 3 people in there walking around or sitting at a desk doing nothing. Finally after standing outside the young kid named Justin comes out and hands a gentleman his bowl. I told him I had placed an order and he proceeded to tell me there closed. I said I had already paid and was 10 early to pick my order up. He tell me I had to call to get refunded because he didn’t have time for me and slammed the door in my face along with another customer there to pick up her order. Last time I was there and was told I was stupid by him, but didn’t get his name. Tonight I made sure to get his name. I honestly hope no one else has to be subjected to him.

Ordered pizza delivery at 10:15 and was told it would be 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we call the store to find out our order was cancelled. When we asked why, they put us on hold and never came back on. They actually closed the store and left, and left us on hold. I can still hear their awful hold music and their “we’re hiring” repeating over and over in my head. Clearly that hiring needs to happen much sooner. Thank you Hungry Howie’s for actually completing our pizza order tonight.

Ordered double pepperoni and got sausage.. Tired of this pizza hut my second time in a row with bad experience they will not even pick the phone up so you can call them and tell them to fix they mistakes . By this time I just would not even bother ordering from here everybody up there ignorant.

If I could leave it zero stars I so would because they are not even worth the 1 star. The employees are rude and food is nasty and cold by the time you get it (if you get it). You place an order at 3pm an hour and a half later after calling 12 or more times I finally got my pizza but it was cold and not all there. I had to go to the store to talk with someone but no one would help me. I ask for a full refund they said it will take 5 to 7 days to get it. I didn’t want to wait the 5 to 7 days and demanded a full cash refund after the lobby was standing full they gave me the cash refund to get me to leave and was rude about it. I will NEVER do business there again.

Fire everyone here. Get rid of your call center.. it sucks and extremely unhelpful. Waited over additional hour beyond promised delivery to be told order was cancelled and on hold for 30 min to speak to a manager. Finally gave up. Spend your money elsewhere, clearly this place wants to go out of business. Zero stars. 0 out 0 recommend

I did not receive my order. After 45 minutes of trying, I gave up. There was only 1 employee trying his best to keep up with the orders. Pizza Hut doesn’t want money. May I suggest Arby’s. They have enough employees to serve the public.
