The worst JJ’s in Florida 100%, we came at 7ish pm and the person with tattoos on his hands that works there closed the bathroom for no reason, said that he cleaned that already lol. That location supposed to be open until 10pm – you can’t just closed everything 2 hours before. He emptied the ice machine as well so we couldn’t have a drink either!! But most importantly he had an attitude!!! Owner – be aware please!

Had the manager hang up on my face without giving me his name because they messed up my order and send it to another different address when I called an hour later, he canceled my order the most worst Jimmy John’s ever said to say. Ordered a beach club unwich extra peppers and jimmy mustard got none on my sandwich I let them know they gave me a side of each but there no forks or knives to spread the mustard. When opened my lettuce wrap to add my sides it got all unraveled and turned into a mess to eat.

Terrible service through Door Dash , from this location. It takes almost 2 hours after you place an order for them to Deliver it, they play with the app somehow so it states is already delivered and the food is not there . When you call them they are rude and sarcastic covering up for the food being late instead of apologizing for the delay and insuring the best customer service, this might be do to upper management not having those skills. This has occurred multiple times never ordering here. There employees don’t even care. I’m sure if more customers stop shopping they will see the value in customer service.

I placed a delivery order online an hour ago. I just received a call that my order had been cancelled because they close at 8 (it’s exactly 8 p.m. right now) and the driver hasn’t returned from another delivery. I asked if I could come pick up my food and she said, “No, we closed at 8.” Seriously??? I had an exhausting day at work and I just wanted an easy dinner. Thanks for nothing.
