Apparently Yama Sushi is a local chain. I’m not sure if one person or a business that owns all of them. There are three locations, this one is the newest and also one of the closer AYCE Sushi spots to the Strip: Located just North of the Strip, heading towards downtown located in a plaza north of the Wynn. Great location IMHO, a nice spot to attract good amount of local and tourist traffic.

Delicious all you can eat spot! There are plenty of options to eat and everything was delicious. The menu has a heart symbol next to items that you can only order one per person of. Those items were also the best in my opinion. The service was quick and helpful. And the food came out quickly. There is plenty of parking outside but a good bit of it is taken up by the Budget rental place nearby so all the close spots might be taken. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot!

We’ve been here a few times, and always enjoy the menu selection and food quality. Dessert choices are simple, ice cream or mochi, however, the dinner 1x only special items are worth it. Efficient service, and fair AYCE pricing. Highly recommend!
