I accidentally placed my order to the wrong store. I called to see if I could have them refunds my order. I spoke with Kimmy, and she was able to help me and provided me with a credit onto my account. The process was quick and easy and took less than 5 minutes. Being a manager in the food service industry, I appreciate the ease of this process.

Bad experience. Ordered 2 Everything bagels – toasted, buttered, plain creme cheese. Got 2 Everything bagels not toasted but ever so slightly warm, 2 tubs of butter and no creme cheese. Expected to receive Everything I ordered, ready to open and eat while I drove. C’mon. It’s a drive thru. Why should I need to pull over and assemble my bagels (not that the butter would have melted, they were so slightly heated)? It’s a drive thru. Oh, and they don’t take Wings debit cards. That complicated things too. All-and-all a bad experience. I won’t be stopping in again.

I was excited to start working near this location but It is not what it used to be. We used to eat breakfast drive through often. One day my wife brings our salmon nova lox. They were burnt like lets cover it up with cream cheese was their thought, I went to bring it back. They were nice enough to give me 2 more but they KNEW about it like oh yea there was 2. (I only Brought one since wife threw hers out). This time my wife was excited she got 2 drink vouchers. We taste our drinks and now we know why. They got our drinks wrong and just gave them to us. So I’m guessing that coupon was a oops here come back and we’ll remake them for you.

This location has been struggling with staffing. They’ve moved to drive thru only with no ability to order ahead via the app. The hours have also been reduced. They’re doing a good job all things considered – staff were friendly, kept the drive thru line moving, and drink was made correctly (despite a somewhat complicated, “extra” order).

I fill out an application in person at the workforce then drove my bike over there while they were still under construction I waited for two months and they never called back I even had an interview with the boss is this is how they treat people or my kind of skin I will never work for them although the Tea is amazing it’s sadly not the same when come to hiring I even met with the recruiter at the workforce he seems very nice at both places he was very understanding and I even talked to his boss I just wished it would taking me seriously don’t work for them the break you hopes for a job
