This location #304 Valrico FL. Misses ingredients, forgets items, doesn’t follow special instructions like square cut. 3 bad orders in a row and 1 cancelled order because it was 30 mins b4 closing but was never notified until I gave up waiting and tried to call. Never offered any credit even after speaking to the staff to make them aware after the 3rd messed up order. Has not been a good experience. I moved and I miss my old location. They never miss a beat. And if they did they made it right!

I went in like 5 min after I ordered online, they told me it would be ready soon so I waited. When I was done they handed me a pizza that looked like it had been heated up after sitting out for a minute. The sauce was dry, the cheese was hard, and the bread was stiff, all maybe 10 minutes after they had “just finished making it” if I wanted this type of pizza I would’ve went to little ceasars.

my only hesitations were that the toppings were light and far from the edge. lots of thick heavy crust around the edge. I had 3 items on the order, some pieces had no green pepper, I will try again, less crust and more toppings would be a huge plus, instead it just a letdown. too many other stores to choose from. PaPa Johns is less and better, so is a locally owned store. disappointing.

Delivery order. Pizza was overcooked…rubbery and brown. Paid extra for a pan pizza and ended up with stuffed crust. My husband found two pieces of hair on the cinnasticks.

I called to order dinner for the kids and I. The guy whom answered the phone named Sebastian! I asked him what location he was at in a friendly tone. He told me! I proceeded to ask for any deals that they may have. He told me the deals were online! I asked could he verbally tell me because I was driving and cannot go on their website at the time! He said No and hung up the phone. That was sooooooo rude on so many levels. I called back and he hung up again!
