1.5 hour delivery time when I was told 30 min. Apparently they have a third party system for phone calls now and just give you random time frames for delivery. Called to ask about the delivery for the store to explain how it works and that my delivery would be an hour late. The issues with this store have been persistent for the past 3 years.

I order from this location on the regular. Today was a special day, not feeling well so i ordered pizza for husband and son. The coupons help save alot of money and the free pizza rewards helps too!! Unsure who the manager on duty was, but I want to send a special thank you to him!! It was today 1/12/23 @ 4:28pm. He was training and took the time to remake my husbands pizza to Domino’s specs. My husband is never one who complains, and wouldnt have cared either way, but we truly appreciate your work ethic and care!!

The ordering process is nearly flawless, when the driver delivers they are always polite, chat with you while giving you your food, The food is always done to order, including any special request. The delivery time is within reason. I recommend the to my friends and family. Job well done!!

They keep bringing up a tip and won’t leave us alone till we put something on the receipt. they give us that receipt that needs to be so-called “signed” when the real reason is y’all are expecting me to tip. I don’t tip Domino drivers for this reason. Just pick it up and they can’t expect you to tip.

Dominos, I’m sorry for doing this, but I have worked fast food for years and I have never experienced service this bad. Why do the employees just stand around and act like they have nothing better to do? Get a new manager or employees PLEASE. Every time I go there when my pizza is “ready” I have to wait another 30 mins or an hour. Customers are always knocking on their windows and they don’t even acknowledge or let them know what’s up. Like other reviews have said – their food is fine … but customer service is pretty terrible.

Ordered online, have never done so but had other things going on. Online, it said I could choose between pick up or delivery, obviously, because I was at home with my family, it was cold, and we were too tired to drive, we chose delivery. It said 40-50 minutes was the delivery time, we were fine with that, in addition, we waited about an hour and 15. Finally decided to call and were told that our pizzas haven’t even been started, we had to wait 25-30 minutes for them to be ready on top of the hour and 10, and we had to go pickup at around 9:30. Our orders were correct (3 pizzas) BUT does not excuse the fact that we had to wait around 1 hour and 40-50 minutes. First and last I order from here simply due to shortage of employees and time.
