So freagin’ great!! We came to have some family time after a long day of landscaping part of our front yard together. I had the best Italian nachos I have ever eaten!! And I try them everywhere…the flavors, the amount of food, the flavors, the toppings, did I mention the flavors!??! I want to come back and try more. BTW, my beautiful bride had the grouper pasta special amd it was top notch also!!! Mi Amo ti amo.

Unfortunately, my experience at Ti Amo Eagle was mediocre at best. The servers were kind, but not entirely professional. For example, when the main course came out, the servers began to remove our appetizers and place down our main course meals, even though we had not all finished our appetizers. Our meals were not terribly made, but they were certainly not worth the augmented prices on the menu. I found that my salmon was drowning in butter and was overwhelmed by an overly sweet, almost teriyaki-like sauce whereas I had expected the salmon to be grilled with a coating of fresh herbs and spices. Despite the good recommendations I received from locals, I was mildly disappointed with my overall experience.

This was suggested by the locals to eat at. Prices are on the higher side, but made fresh and very tasty. We had seafood pasta. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was tentative. Wish we could’ve gone back. The atmosphere is very nice.

We’re just finishing our dinner; ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had the salmon special over angel hair pasta. We know Scott and eat at Tiamo in Eagle Vail often. Always fabulous! Our server, Penny, was so delightful. The service was quick and professional. Wishing you lots of luck with your new location Scott. We’ll be back soon!

A fabulous dining experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were seated at a comfortable table for 3 in this quaint Italian restaurant. We had already ordered the Bruschetta al Pomodoro, which was excellent, when we were brought out a mini loaf of fresh warm Italian bread with oil, also delicious! The menu offered a wide variety of options for our vegetarian guest, as well as those who prefer beef, pork, seafood, chicken, or pasta. The pork loin medallions served in a creamy Dijon sauce and Messicani di Vitello were excellent, as was the Skuna Bay Salmon served with fresh vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. The two small cannolis and pistachio gelato were an excellent ending to three fabulous meals. Although the average price of a meal is about $30, give or take a few dollars, you will leave feeling very satisfied. Ti Amo in Eagle is a hidden gem, and definitely a favorite for us.
