This was my first time at Five Guys and i ordered online. Told them i was on the way on the website to pick up, notified them when i had arrived.. walked in and watched them finish cooking up my order. They have bunless and lettuce wrap options available. Hands down, one of the best burgers i have ever ate! I got the “large fries” and i got a medium cup of fries PLUS half a brown bag of fries! OMG. It was definitely worth the trip and loved my experience!

Although very messy to eat, the last couple of times it has been very good, either that or it had been a while.

My first low review I’ve ever given. The cashier was kind and helpful in taking my order. The restaurant was loud with music, fryers, and talking. I am on a road trip, so I was routing my maps while I waited for an order. They called out a number that I couldn’t hear the first time, but didn’t put a bag out so I couldn’t see which one it was. They had to call it out again over the noise then I went up to check to see if it was mine. Took my bag then the older woman behind the counter yelled so the whole restaurant could hear that “we shouldn’t take their order if they’re on their phones in here.” So appalled that she didn’t even wait the thirty seconds until I walked out to drive five more hours. Worst service and blatant rudeness I’ve ever gotten in years of Arkansas southern hospitality.

The food was very good. I ordered using the website and it gave me a pickup time of 12:27pm. My order wasn’t ready until 12:50 so the service was a little lacking especially when the restaurant wasn’t very busy. But we got the large Cajun fries and it was plenty of food and the fries were delicious.

I had never realized that they make a grilled cheese, but now I do and I’ve had one. It was good and cheesy and went really well with Cajun fries. The only thing I think is do different if I order one again is ask for it to not be wrapped up so that the toasty-ness of the bread doesn’t soften up.

Nothing can go wrong with Five Guy’s. Their food are immaculate with okay-ish prices. At the very least, they compensate with the customer by overloading our to go bags with seasoned fries.

It’s a typical 5 guys. Greasy burgers and greasy fries with fresh ingredients, in a word, perfect. Only complaint, been there twice, 2 different young ladies at the register, none of my party could hear them, at all. Had to lean over the counter and ask them to repeat themselves. To be clear, it was the cashier, not ambient noise. We could hear the cooks and normal conversation just fine. Cooks and expediters are great, super friendly and accommodating.

If you want a step up from a McDonald’s burger than Five Guys won’t disappoint. I see in the store and on their cups all the accolades they’ve received for their burgers. Honestly, I’m not sure what I’m missing. Don’t get me wrong, the burger is good, but it’s not mind blowing. It taste like something I could have made at home.
