Place is crowed cost me $50.00 for my food and it was completely raw and there’s no phone number to reach anyone to at least let them know my food was raw. Won’t eat here again yuck.!

Just went through the drive thru. Sign was showing something different. Couldn’t hear cashier as ordering. Got to window. Showing totally different order than what we order. Get home. Wrong order. Now. We can’t even call cause no number. Will not go again

I went late at night after 10. The service took a little bit longer than I expected for having only two cars in line, but I gave them a high rating because they worked to make all the accommodations to our orders. They would ask us questions about the food and how we needed it a specific way. Will definitely eat here again and they were doing phenomenal for being brand new AND for opening during one of the busiest times of the year for Jay County, the Tractor and Engine Show. Restaurants that have been here for YEARS struggle during this time of year. The workers inside Wendy’s were so kind, accommodating, and nice.

I went to Wendy’s on my lunch during work, and the atmosphere was really nice, the staff were friendly, and the food was quick. They were pretty busy, but they got my order in efficiently. I ordered a single with cheese and ketchup and a large French fry with no salt, with a small water. They didn’t get my order correct with the French fries, but that’s only a minor issue. I’ll definitely be back! It was delicious!!!

Ordered waited inline 20 to find out my burger was raw and had no cheese fries were gross and sit way to long under heat lamp won’t go there again gross!! And of course no number to call and complain

Very impressed! Pulled in, and the line was all the way around the building, but it was quick. Staff was friendly. My order was correct. Glad Portland finally g6it a Wendy’s! McDonald’s is garbage!

It was not great I waited 20 mins for my food. And they were handing out like 2-3 orders after me first before I got mine. They did not once come tell me they were waiting on something for my food.

Son in law went through drive thru. Ordered a Baconator and a Dave double. Got home had A chicken sandwich instead of Dave double and the baconator was pink inside. Very disappointed. Don’t know if I will go back. I’m not getting sick coz ppl can’t do their job right.

Was super excited that Portland finally got a Wendy’s since it’s the superior fast food chain. Was very disappointed. I know they are just starting out, but working fast food isn’t hard (I’ve done it). Husband was excited for a baconater only to find out after I drove the 15 minutes home to him that they gave us a nacho chicken sandwich instead. Ew. He only ate the fries which were not even good. My chicken nuggets didn’t taste right. I had to ask them for my coke because they forgot to give it to me. I would have tolerated one mistake, but the whole experience was a mistake. Hopefully they improve the place with time.
