My daughter spilled her drink and he was right there with a new cup and a smile, helping clean up – just and all around great guy. The counter lady may have been stoned. She forgot my name, forgot how many I ordered, forgot what flavor. I thought I was on one of those TV shows where they set you up. Every pick up I attempt to do with Door Dash they never have food ready. I’ve been to other locations same problem. I’ve been a customer who ordered from another location and same problem. I don’t understand why food is never ready. Other restaurants don’t seem to have that issue all the time.

This is the only place that allows you to order online but when you get there to pick makes you wait in a long line just to pay for it while they help other customers. I’m standing here staring at my bags waiting while they put orders in for other customers and mine is just getting cold. They should not offer online pickup orders if you still have to wait when you get here.
