Usually the service is great. But very poor experience today. Young lady behind the counter with hat and glasses : ruined this place for me. Ordered double chocolate brownie and after paying for it , she mentioned Owen is not working and also refuse to refund. Basically end up paying for it and literary throwing in trash in 30 seconds.

One couple ahead of me in line but still waited at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement by any of the 3 staff behind the counter so finally left. I’ve heard people my age become invisible but a lot of us have wallets full of cash and are willing to spend it. I’d recommend staff courtesy training that includes acknowledging people waiting in line no matter our age and even trying to help.
