I had an unfortunate experience here today (my first try at this location). I’m eating low carb currently plus dairy free in general so could use more vegies when visiting Chipotle (not much low carb veggie options here to go with meat). They were completely out of fajitas when it was my turn. This wasn’t a few minutes before closing but 45 minutes before closing. I asked and the manager said they weren’t going to cook any more and all they could do was give me raw fajita veggies (not good on my stomach). I asked if there was something she was willing to replace them with for me since I was counting on them and she said no. I walked out in hopes that I could find a Chipotle that still had them. Luckily the Chipotle accross from the galleria said they still had plenty. I’m glad things turned out okay in the end but it’s sad about my initial Chipotle stop. I’ll aim to remember to avoid this one around 1 hour before closing due to them not making an effort to keep ingredients available to customers to order at least until much closer to closing time than 45 minutes away. This location does NOT offer a military discount. The one near Galleria does. I won’t be going to this Chipotle anymore. Plus poor customer service and staff who seemed rushed and wouldn’t make eye contact sealed the experience for me. Definitely won’t be going back.

I love Chipotle food. It is always consistent no matter which location you visit. This location needs to change the layout of their restaurant. It’s a tight squeeze from the order area to the door. There was one employee hustling and communicating with the cook about what items they were low on. The rest seem to hate their jobs. My burrito was delicious, but I doubt I’ll go back to this location.

This store needs better management and maybe attention from the corporate. I’ve been here twice and both times I have had to walk out because how rude the employees are. Few nights ago, we walked in 10 minutes before closing and the girl working up front gave us the most disgusting look and said why are they all coming here. We didn’t think any of it and waited in line to order. First, the food area was disgusting. Most of the food was outside rather than the containers. While preparing the order for the customer in front of us, she picked up some food items off of the prepping board and just throw them back in the food containers and then she took out her phone with the same hands and used the same gloves again. At that point, I decided to leave and she said “thank god”. Didn’t catch her name but she was working there Wednesday.

I came yesterday (June 4th) around 4:30pm. I ordered two burritos. I had a request to cook the chicken little more for me and make it crispy. One of the guys didn’t mind doing it for me at all. He even asked me if I wanted little more oil on it. The burritos came out amazing. Best I had at chipotle. The other guys that were working at the time were all pretty cool. No attitude what so ever. I haven’t seen a nice environment like this in a while.

There was wood in the kids meal pinto beans. I took a bite before my daughter did and it scratched my throat and I inspected closer and found it. Check your food closely.

Where do I start… We came late on Saturday night (9:00pm) but they’re supposed to be open till 10. We ordered a sofritas bowl. Only there was no fajita veggies and no plan to replenish them. Also the serving area was very messy. The staff appeared to have plenty of time to good off and holler at each other but not enough to do basic cleaning of the serving space. They can be glad I don’t work for the county health department! We ended up not accepting the sorry excuse for a sofritas bowl and walking out. Thankfully not all Chipotle locations are like this. Won’t be back to this location for a while. (Nugget plaza, fairway Dr. and Pleasant Grove Blvd, Rocklin)

I have lost track of how many times I have eaten at this restaurant over the years. Their food is always consistent and delicious. There’s only been a few times when our takeout order was a little messed up, but that was partially our fault for not checking everything before leaving the restaurant.

This place is so inconsistent. Wife’s plate was way more than half the weight. They were the same other than the cheese that was supposed to be on the side. Mine hardly had any meat. This was the last straw. The same people still work there doing the same thing over and over. The home office complant line. Don’t seem to do anything because it continues and continues. Not a happy customer.

The food was so amazing and I loved the customer service! But the lobby was very dirty (garbages we’re 100% full, chips, napkins, etc on the floor, and the aguas frescas were almost empty) and the bathroom was dirty as well (paper towels/toilet paper on floor, mirror was dirty, etc). If everything was clean in those areas, I would come back.
