I didn’t end up ordering when I saw a girl just a few minutes ago picking up chicken from the floor with her gloves. Without changing them she grabbed more chicken to prepare. Then also went back to the line to keep making orders.

Observed a girl preparing food not wearing gloves. When we questioned the drive thru cashier about it she rolled her eyes and told the girl to put gloves on. We requested that our food be redone properly and requested to speak to the manager. The cashier rudely informed us that there was no manager there. Called the 518 number on the receipt only to have the same cashier answer that number and hang up on me. Went into the building to request a refund. Was told they can’t do refunds but I can stop in on Wednesday to speak to the manager.

By far the WORST place to get food in potsdam. I was in the drive through, the person taking my order was extremely rude to me and my KIDS, I had to wait over half an hour, then after FINALLY recieving my order it was missing items, the food was thrown all over inside the bag, the chicken was WAY overcooked, and the biscuits were not only hard as a rock but missing butter; not that it would have made it much better anyways. Worst place to eat in potsdam, if you want friendly staff, quick orders, good food and a good experience I’d go for pizza hut instead.

I have been to a LOT of KFC all over the eastern US in my life, and have the waistline to prove it! This one has, hands-down, the fastest service and they have never once gotten my order wrong. Let’s face it, it tends to happen in fast food! The food is always the right temperature and the soda is never watery, which tells me they keep on top of machine maintenance. The staff is always upbeat, they are never impatient at the drive-thru speaker. This team is doing a great job!

Worst experience ever!!!! Chicken was way overcooked, the coating was hard as a rock. The Cole slaw tasted like the core of the cabbage and it was super spicy!! I have had great stuff there in the past, but not this time!!! It’s disgusting to pay their exorbitant prices and get garbage in return!! Totally unimpressed!!
