My husband just picked up my coffee and it’s 1/3 gone… when you pay so much for a drink you would hope your cup is at least filled with ice or something… but I called and let them know and the manager ANDEW was a 10-10!!! Super nice and offered to make it right for us with a company size drink. Very appreciative for his customer service!

So, unfortunately Starbucks has the advantage over this place. Why? This place is not willing to accommodate you on anything specially for people who can’t consume dairy. Also, they sell blended drinks but they are not willing to blend your drink when it doesn’t contain dairy. They are only willing to blend dairy drinks. They sell premixed options and they are not willing to make you a drink when you have special requests.
