The guy at the counter, John who was supposedly a supervisor, was rude when taking my order. He also charged me for my dipping sauce, which no other location has done, but I didn’t bother mentioning it. My crunchwrap ended up having barely any black beans in it. How was this worth $6? Then I placed a to-go order on the app, so I could take it along with me and not bother the employee at the register again. I got a notification that my order was ready, but I didn’t see it sitting at the mobile order counter. I waited ten more minutes until going up and asking if it was ready. He said he has “no control over mobile orders” and said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed him my phone and he said there’s nothing he could do, not even refund me. So I paid for food I never got. Ridiculous.

You need to check your orders everytime at this location. Every single time my order is missing items. Unfortunately I found out when I got home so I got cheated. Additionally the items they did remember were disappointing. Hard shells were stale and the meat in one taco tasted off like it was old.

Long wait. Received incorrect cheaper order at drive thru but paid more for my order. The taco shells were stale. Food thrown haphazard in bags and sauce leaked everywhere.

The beans in the taco I took was very dried, so taco was not juicy at all. French fries were double fried and hence was very hard crunched and a large portion of it was not edible.

We recently ordered a bunch of tacos and taco supreme style tacos and there was hardly any meat and toppings in them. It’s the worst Taco Bell we have eaten at thus far, and this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this lack of food quality at this location. We won’t be eating at this location again.

What’s the point of having tables and chaires and dining room if the door is closed at 8 pm on Saturday? You still need to go the drive thru to place your order after parking and get off the car to find out the door is closed and only drive thru open ! 2.9 now I’m not surprised

We got 2 chicken chalupas, a crunch wrap supreme and a soft taco. Each one BARELY had any meat in it. Wasn’t even worth the price I paid. Also, I ended up getting food poisoning the next morning. Stomach pain so bad and I could barely leave the bathroom. Nauseous as well. I wouldn’t recommend going there.
