I order my coffee the same way every day, and it tastes different every day. I also usually get a grill cheese and snacking bacon, add the 2 together and bam, a delicious sandwich. Service is hit or miss, but I can only assume it’s due to short staffing issues. At least once a week, I’m asked through the drive-through if I need or want a job.

I order a simple bagel with cream cheese I thought going inside it be faster then waiting in drive through. Man was I wrong I waited near 20 mins everyone else getting their drink orders I end up leaving with out my food bc the staff are terrible and don’t prioritize people right in front of you. I’ll just dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Don’t ever go to the long neck location make the drive to rehoboth or Millsboro bc this spot isn’t it.

I used the mobile app to pre-order my food and I picked up my food at the drive thru. It was ready by the time I had got there. This was my second time doing this process. I must say it was quick and easy as I had already has my order preloaded from the last time. All I needed to do was adjust if needed, click okay continue and pay. It was pretty simple. The hardest part was getting around the construction because they are doing work near by on the highway. The employees are very friendly and fast with getting your food out.

The Setzers
Don’t use this Dunkin if you are going anytime after noon, just go to rehoboth or in-town Millsboro. They constantly seem offended when you order anything, probably because thwy run a skeleton crew at night and do not support their staff properly. Many nights there is only one person. Tonight they had the whole place locked up at 7:38pm, but the sign, google and phone prompt says 9pm, so who knows.

How can you not like Dunkin donuts? This particular store is fine, but be sure and check your drink before you leave the drive up window. A lot of times the staff will forget to add the right amount of creamer or sugar or skip it all together. I’ve had orders for coffee messed up pretty consistently. Also the drive through operation has a lot to be desired. If you get in-line be prepared to wait upwards of 15 minutes or more to be served; going in-store as some have suggested is no better.
