I’ve been to two different Arby’s, one on Telegraph rd and one on Opdyke. I ordered 3 large diet Dr. Peppers each time. The first time they gave me regular Coke, causing my sugars to spike- I am diabetic. The manager was very apologetic and gave me 3 new drinks the next time I was there. The second time I was given 3 diet Cokes. I tried calling several times with no answer. When I went through 2 days later and ordered the same thing, they neither apologized nor corrected the mistake.

Food is delicious if you are in the mood for a roast beef sandwich. Beware you will wait forever through the drive through. I was also charged double for fries I didn’t ask for and a large coke I didn’t ask for. Why don’t you repeat the order back to customers? Every time I have gone here, they charge me for the wrong thing or forget to give me something in my order. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. Arby’s is neither cheap nor fast, so are they considered fast food any longer?

Arby’s is consistent. It always has great flavor and perfectly cooked meat. I know that what I order today will be the same quality as I ordered a month ago. The Buffalo Chicken Slider was spicy and crispy. Just enough for a snack. I decided to try the cinnamon bun. It was good. Nothing great but a nice sweet at the end of the meal. I miss the turnovers.

This is a well run Arby’s location with friendly employees. Food quality is consistent and typical Arby’s. I’m not a fan of most items on their core menu, but some limited time items like their Smoke Mountain are tasty. The Market Fresh sandwiches are pretty good as well.

I’ve been here 4 times and all 4 times were very dry, I didn’t have fries, I had crumbs and cold ones at that. If you go right now, you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. It’s like they know they’re near a very busy area so they think people are gonna come regardless. I always get the same thing at any arbys I go to but this is the worse and it will be me and my family last time eating here. The money people pay now a days for the quantity of things they should at least have a decent meal, and I order for a family of 5. I suggest everyone to find a different arbys. Perhaps the one on 8 mile in Livonia, it taste great, its hot and fast. Just my opinion

Whoever is working at the drive thru taking orders needs to be fired, I tried ordering the pecan salad sandwich and before I could even finish getting out my order out with a nasty attitude “we’re out we’re out” I said ok then still proceeded to be funny saying “we’re out” again, if your not happy with job just leave the customers are not your problem.
