I asked for half of the pizza to be pepperoni and the other half to be Hawaiian. They made the whole pizza Hawaiian with pepperoni. Also it’s weird because a couple slices of pizza had sauce and the rest was without. It was really doughy and not appetizing at all.

They got my order wrong so they issued a credit to my account. I reorder on a different day, they get it wrong again. The young kid at the register told me it was my fault, I had ordered incorrect. I tried explaining that they did this last time, he said I was wrong but he guessed he could make me a new one and walked away. After waiting and no one coming back to the counter my husband went in. He then refused to serve us and laughed in his face! Said he was calling the cops. Over a pizza. Never had any type of customer service .This kid needs to be fired. Cops never showed. So we decided to leave.

Who knew? Cottage Inn has amazing food! The extra large pizza was cheesy and perfectly baked. The chicken comes with your desired sauce on the side for dipping. The Greek salad was neatly prepared with fresh vegetables. I don’t know why, but they exceeded my expectations. Totally worth the price!

We order from here fairly often with normally really good service. But tonight was horrible. Our food was “promised” to be delivered at 7:54pm after ordering at 7:19. We didn’t receive it until 8:44. It was luke warm at best. It’s a Friday night so I expect some delays but that’s a bit much. Then the driver reeked of weed and you could tell he was high. It’s legal, no big deal and I have nothing against it. But while driving? While working? While dealing with the public in their homes and their items? He parked in the middle of the road beside a parked vehicle when he could’ve went right to the curb behind or in front of the vehicle and not blocked the road. I was 10 feet to the side of my front door when my husband opened it and the odor was STRONG and lingered in that area for several minutes after the driver left and the door was shut. The box the salad came in retained the smell too so I got that out of the house. And on top of that a part of our order was missing. We called the restaurant at 8:45 and was told it would be sent right out… It’s now 10:50pm, over 3 hours and 30 mins past the initial order time. We still haven’t received our missing part of our $80 order and the calzones were raw in the middle.

You guys are ALWAYS out of gluten free items. Remove it from your menu or be better about your ordering. My last four orders have been incomplete because of missing ingredients. It’s a joke.

Ordered a Cuban 02/08/2023 overcooked dry and bread toasted to stone. Gave another chance. 03/08/2023 orders a chicken pita. The crew this day was outstanding. My food was made perfectly. Delivered on time and gave me enough faith to order again. On 03/19/2023 I ordered the chicken pita again. I had placed this order at 11 with a 12 o’clock delivery time the food showed up 15 minutes late and overcooked yet again. I called and asked what was going on. To which I was informed sorry we had a large catering order come in after your order that took precedence over your single meal. To which I replied that a courtesy call would’ve been nice. Asked for a manager was told I was speaking to one. Today 04/01/2023 I figured I would give them one last chance boy was I wrong. Again ordered a chicken pita when it arrived the pita had been so cooked it was a flat hard disc with dry chicken and burnt cheese on it. The only portion that looked edible was the lettuce. I asked my delivery driver for my money back and showed her thevproduct they just tried to sell me that could not be folded in half. then called the store asked for a manager to which I was informed again I was speaking to a manager named Kedrick. I asked what was going on at their location. He replied what do you mean? I explained the situation asked if there was something that could be done to rectify the situation and how we can make their team better. He replied. We don’t need that. We don’t need to get better. I asked if there was another manager available or a number for a district manager I could reach out to as he was being very rude and dismissive to which he replied he was the area manager and that, my tone was rude and aggressive,And that I can take it up with corporate. Corporate offices are closed today.

Used to order all the time, but I think we’re done now. Last few orders had under cooked or just messy, falling apart pizzas and/or missing items. Didn’t get my antipasto salad I paid for tonight. Driver mumbled he’d go back and bring the salad…sure lol.

I used to love this place. Even though it was pricey I loved their pizza. Never had a problem with them answering their phone or getting my order here on time until today. I waited about an hour before I called in. No answer. Waited a few more minutes then called again. You got it no answer. Called again nothing. I tried to reach them for a half hour. So a hour an half in. I finally get a answer. I let the lady know that I’ve been waiting for an hour and half for my pizza and all I get is it’s on the way. Are you kidding me. So I still get charged for a 145 min almost cold pizza and they didn’t even give me my ranch sauce that I paid for. I tried to call back to speak with a manager and you guessed it no answer. Will not be ordering from here again. This is really ridiculous. Do better cottage inn.
