We decided to take a long drive and visit to this location today and we were not pleased. I see some nice reviews, so maybe we visited on the wrong day. 1. Our waiter took our orders but didn’t write ✍️ anything down and yes, it was completely wrong. 2. My friend ordered the two meat (ribs and the smoke sausage. The ribs had entirely too much fat and and seemed not to be cooked properly. The entire order had to be returned, but the return was much better. 3. I ordered the three meats and returned the smoke sausage, not done and the beef brisket was tough and cold. 4. I also removed the membrane from the rear. Just not a good experience, all just my opinion. Very spacious with plenty of parking.

Hubby and I enjoyed ourselves a lot. Food was delicious. They got my sides wrong but quickly corrected it and gave me extra! Service was above and beyond. He had coconut cake I had strawberry both were amazing flavor and moist. Brittany treated us like family. Loved her!

I have been here multiple times, and I have always had good food and good service. I stick to their standards – ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, and smoked sausage. I also always get hush puppies, slaw, and mac and cheese for sides. Service has always been friendly to me, and I am clearly an out-of-towner. I’ll admit that I haven’t tried other offerings like the chicken. I like the variety of sauces they provide, too. I would recommend going earlier in the evening for dinner. The meats do seem a bit fresher earlier in the evening than later.

Good food, somewhat pricy for quantity. Some portions such as barbecue spud are humongous. Others such as sausage and cheese plate on smallish side. Generally good food, good sweet tea. I’m told the desserts are extremely good, but haven’t had any yet. Seafood and barbecue products are good.

I tried the brisket. It is good, peppery, on the well done side, but not as succulent as Bain’s. BBQ beans were okay, slaw a bit unremarkable (let the meat shine I guess).
