Pizza would of been good, but it wasn’t cooked long/hot enough…came out room temp and my cheese was still in shredded form. Friday evening and zero customers inside, some tables already had chairs up with 2+ hours before close time. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with my experience. Brought the pizza home to be properly heated and it was good.

The food is fantastic! The problem is their drive thru service. They need to get a better system in place for this. The drive thru is not monitored closely enough. If someone pulls up and it is going to be more than 5 minutes until their order is ready, they need to have them pull up out front and park so that others who got there when they were told their pizza would be ready are not waiting for 15 minutes. This happened today and my pizza was lukewarm because of this.

Ordered 2 medium Chicago style pizzas. After everything, it came out to about $60. Apparently mediums are 9″ wide, not 12″ as advertised. After calling a few times to see if they would make it right they said that their Chicago styles go down a size (but the price goes up?) The website does not reflect this. I will not order from here again.

I was so excited to try this place for the high rating. Unfortunately I was served mold at this location. You can see the fuzzy mold on the canoli in the picture. I did not realize there was mold until I had taken a bite of it. I went back inside and was refunded the money for the molding canoli. The staff did not seem to care for my well-being and I can say I will not being returning to this place. I’ve worked at a pizza place before. So, I know that they are supposed to be double checking their products and making sure everything has proper dates which clearly is not being done at this location. If you choose to eat here please triple check your food. Maybe even ask about the dates when it comes to the food you are ordering.

I wasn’t in the mood for Chicago deep dish, so we got a hand tossed enforcer change meatballs for bacon. The taste reminded me of a pizza hut pan pizza with better toppings.
