This Papa Johns staff is the worst. They will tell you it will be delivered in 25-35 minutes, then an hour and a half later when the delivery doesn’t come and you try to cancel the order, they hang up on you. Avoid this place unless you love being jerked around and treated like your business does not matter. update: Our food was finally delivered about an hour and a half after promised time, and it was cold pizza and the kids are now violently sick from eating whatever the papa John’s delivery guy brought us

Shameful. Place ran by uneducated teenagers. Funny how I ordered square cut and my pizza was in triangles. What’s even funnier is that when I was paying there was an issue with their old outdated card machine. I asked the cashier for help and he pressed a random button and then asked me to pay. I noticed the total was off but I thought it was taxes until I saw my receipt and saw that he decided to tip himself. I asked him about it and he said “ you don’t have to tip us” I replied “ well.. you already tipped yourself” he then said “is that okay?” … Are you serious? How desperate do you teenagers need to be to tip yourself on a customers card..

Waited over 45 minutes, got the wrong pizza order, delivery person and others do not wear gloves while preparing the orders. According to the impolite and rude General Manager, they are not obligated to wear gloves because it is an optional policy for Papa John’s.

Useless staff, mark delivered after 2 hours and pizza was not delivered, no way to get in touch with anybody, manually set your store to the other one in the area, this store has a history of being terrible with wait times, orders being wrong, marking stuff as delivered without actually being close.

Worst place ever. Ordered a pizza on super bowl evening and it became a 74 minute wait. I then tried to cancel the order and they hung up the phone multiple times. Then I had to pick up the pizza at closing time, when the super bowl had 5 minutes remaining. Utterly ridiculous, would strong advise not to order from here.Never have I seen a more poor customer service team/execution.
