Literal moments ago, we went to this location to receive our prder tthat was placed on the app, in which they said that they didnt have any order from us. Instead of trying to fix the issue they basically were like, no pizza for you. We showed them them the order, the charge on my card and they basically said to just wait for the charges to come off. We went to a different location and they made our pizza in no time, with no issues with their system not receiving it. Not gonna go back to this location.

Each time I ordered Delivery from them there was a problem. The last straw, was when the order was so messed up that I had to drive back to the store. Two managers were there that night, but the one I encountered first was the female manager. She had way to much attitude before I even said what the problem was. She Showed horrible leadership and disgusting customer service.The other manager stepped in to helped and apologized. I will never go back to this location.

UNSATISFIED with my pizza Hut experience. I paid $39.00 for my order, weighed it and it was10 oz. of dough and cheese. I was robbed because of poor to no customer service. I will never patronize Pizza Hut AGAIN in Life.

Called to complain about my pizza that looked like someone fingered and ate the cheese off of . They put me on hold 4 times and lied and said they were the call center not the store . I won’t ever order again. I now have to drive back to get this handled.

This rating is based on the inability to get the order out on time. This is not really a reflection of the staff who happened to be smiling and apologetic. They were down an employee and just was a busy Saturday night. I carryout and usually tip 15% they got 20% as they were going as fast as they could. The big New Yorker and garlic parmesan wings are our house favorites.

We ordered a dinner box and soda and was told to wait 15 minutes, we came back after that 15 minutes and was told that our dinner box was missing and they can’t find it, and our soda was never added to the order. The lady at the counter said that the delivery driver had it and was delivering it to our address but we never put our address in, when we told her that she argued with us about it. We asked for a refund and it took another 20 minutes just to get that.

1 1/2 hours later, I was finally able to contact someone at the corporate office regarding my delivery. It never arrived and nobody would answer the phone at the local store. After 8 phone calls and long wait periods, I was able to cancel my order and get a refund.
