We loved Mod and were thrilled when they opened. They have a good selection of topping options, the crust is great, and the pizza overall is great. Not once did we have burnt crust (cough-did you hear that, Blaze?) Even better is the staff. I’m picky about service and they never let us down. We don’t live in the area anymore. I’m glad we moved to a town where we found good pizza, but I wish someone would open a Mod here. The closest one is forty miles away.

Pizza looked good and I am sure it would of tasted good if the pizza was sliced. My pizza was not cut in slices and I had no way to eat it. Hope I can get a refund. Pizza got ruin pulling it apart. Hope I can get a refund.

Best of the Create Your Own Pizza shops, in my opinion. I stop for lunch during work, and my wife and I stop whenever we’re in the area. Great tasting crust, they have more ingredients than the other places, their no name cake is the best, and they serve beer. The store is clean and the employees are nice, but they can get busy so dont be surprised if it takes awhile. But grab a No Name Cake, basically a better Ding Dong, for the proverbial cherry on top.

For a buffet-style pizza place, they were pretty skimpy on ingredients. I had to ask them three times for more cheese and sauce, and even with that it wasn’t enough. It did taste good, but they missed part of my order, so not the best service. But you could tell they were working hard.

Never the same experience dependent on who is working the line. The attitudes of employees can vary from being casual and carefree to conversely militant uptight moody immature spaced out impatient gossipy and passive aggressive. Even aggressive, aggressive. Some folks simply should not work in any form of customer service. Today our collective experience was unpleasant. The line staff presented as hurried when there weren’t any people behind us. One in particular seemed endlessly annoyed while we decided what toppings to put on our many pizzas. She just froze and stared at us. Others interrupted our private conversations. Not their best day, by far. Whomever worked today between 330-430 could use some serious training, if anyone is listening.

Great quality and very friendly service. You can sellect a pizza from their list or, of course make your own.the double crust is a good idea if you are going to load it up. It can get soggy so I get twice baked.

Great pizza that you can customize as your own. Be prepared they keep it very cold in there. Otherwise great kid friendly restaurant.

The cauliflower crust is super crispy and delicious! You can choose from preset menu items or customize your own order with unlimited toppings. So many topping choices!
