Best food in centralia! Since we’ve moved, we have tried many different places to eat, and this is hands down the best. My husband and I can NOT get enough! Best fries, Best chili, best all! It may be a long wait sometimes because it is family owned and run. Worth the wait worth the price!

Great little roadside spot to stop for delicious BBQ! The pulled pork was so moist and the fries were delicious! Needs more shade for hot days, but the trees will help as they grow up a bit!

Family-run BBQ/burger place with an insanely large, everything-on-it type thing we didn’t have the appetite to try. But the Hawaiian burger (with pulled pork and pineapple) was great, as were the house-made tots.

Big T BBQ disappointed us on Father’s Day when we arrived at 3:40 PM, expecting to enjoy their ribs. Despite Google stating they were open until 7:00 PM, we were informed the restaurant was closed. Inconsistent hours led to a missed opportunity and a frustrating experience. The employee stated she was really sorry though.

We used Big T for an event. I had to update the order a couple of times and the gal I spoke with was really responsive and courteous. The food was delivered on time and the food was a hit! I’d definitely recommend Big T for their tasty food and awesome costumer service. 🙂

We shared a meatloaf sandwich for lunch and we’re soooo happy we tried it finally ! The meatloaf onions and cheese was a perfect mix on the bun alot of places didn’t perfect meatloaf but big ts did ! Everything I have had there is good. I’ll definitely come back and tell more people.

This place is damn good. Onion rings, brisket, hot links, burgers, and ribs are all amazing! Don’t eat the trash at the Great wolf lodge. Come down the road and snag some amazing food for a very decent price!!

Seriously, this place is the best. Between anywhere in Lewis, Thurston or Gray’s Harbor counties, this place is the best. Even if you just want a hamburger, this place is the best. Friendly drive up counter service, still the best. And good prices as well.
