It shouldnt take 45 minutes in drive thru. Its ridiculous how long the wait is for drive thru only to get to the window to be asked to pull up to the white line to wait for our food .my chicken was undercooked, no condiments that I asked for were in the bag, also we received no straws . Smh

Placed online order tht was supposed to b ready at 1045. Get there & lady says they are not open she s only person working, order will b ready n 15 minutes. Order was ready at 1130. Tea was nothing but water. No flavor no sugar. Food was hot which was a plus.

Put in an online order at 8:16 food wasn’t ready when i got there around 8:30. I knew i should have checked my bag before i left. They gave me the wrong order. I had order # 60 on my receipt they have order number 61 and #62 taped on top of my receipt. THEY GAVE ME ORDER NUMBER 62. Called up there and the stank woman giving me attitude about messing up my order then when she finally realized she was wrong. (After i told her i got video and pictures and all three receipts she wanted me to drive back up there 15 mins b4 they closed to make it over. not with that nasty attitude u wont be touching anything of mine let alone some food i can’t see u making) and then she blamed it on they young man who gave me my food at the window. Pics below so yall can see how slow they are cooperate better refund my money in 5-7 business days at least they didn’t give me a hassle cuz i will dispute the charge through my bank. My order is 60 with my name on it as u can see they gave me order 62 u can clearly see my order costed more and its mac and cheeses and jalapeno peppers and MILD CHICKEN is what they gave me i had Large mash and Redbeans and rice. Yall can see in the pic pics and receipt dnt lie.

Just wanted to give this popeyes another chance because they went down down down but the last few visits been long wait because of short staff but they was so friendly and kept apologizing and the food was super delicious the Store manager was so nice and she didn’t say anything bad about the pass she stated we one band one sound and we are here to make all guest happy I will be back

This is far and away the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. The food itself is fine, it’s as expected from a Popeyes. However having been here many times, the workers are absurdly incompetent. It’s fairly obvious they are under the influence of something a lot of the time, and with nobody else in line it can take 30 minutes to get your food, how on earth is that possible from a fast food place like Popeyes. Corporate should really come down and do something about it.

5 stars because of management’s willingness to try and make it right! Made an online order last night and they were out of most sides and nuggets. Management did attempt to resolve last night and told us to come back today and they remade our order. We appreciate the management staff and understand they are really shorthanded.
