Our family walked in and we were told that the lobby was closed, bummer… So we went through the drive-thru. The line took a while and after we paid it took a little longer than expected to get the food. The register staff appeared to be joking around and having a good time. After a worker on the other side of the kitchen saw us waiting she made our order and had to ask the two other workers (jokers) to move since they were not going to get the order. She seemed peeved at them.

Staff very slow they were getting everyone orders wrong or forgetting who got what. The food and drinks were ready but staff were not giving out food. Cashier (needs money training they gave wrong change last week. I believe Cashier had reddish blonde hair seems nice but, needs more training.

I won’t be coming back to this location. We had no service at all for 12 min or more. No one at the register, 4 folks hovering in the back and near the window. 4 People had to ask for the bathroom code, but had to wait til one person looked our way. No “thank you”, no “welcome to DQ”, terrible service. Server barely looked up when he took our order. Then just set our order on the counter and walked off. The bathroom was in disarray, not clean and out of paper. :<( No, thank you, no personable responses to any of us. Sadly Msvl DQ has lost our patronage.

Would not let us buy/add extra to blizzard. Fairly rude. Also didn’t want to give bathroom code. When guests in front of us got to counter they asked for the code so my girlfriend could use the bathroom. Was pretty rude. I will not be returning to this DQ ever again. Would rather go elsewhere.
